When you send a project inquiry, we receive the details you enter: the service, any resurfacing method or fence type you choose, property type, city or ZIP, optional court and timing details, optional organization details, your name, the phone number and/or email you provide, your preferred contact language, and any message.

Project photos and why we use your details

We use your information to review your project and contact you about it. The form does not currently accept photo uploads; if you choose to email photographs, they are handled through our email. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing.

Service providers

This website and its inquiry storage are hosted on Lovable and its cloud backend. Our published email address is a Gmail account.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Access and security

Inquiries are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to people authorized to manage the business’s project inquiries. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your project, and you may ask us to delete your inquiry.
